The warranty card is issued in writing and contains the following information: the name and address of the guarantor, the goods to which the warranty relates, the content of the warranty and the conditions for exercising the rights from the warranty, as well as that the warranty does not affect the rights of the consumer in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract. The warranty is issued primarily by the manufacturer, and then the trader is obliged, without additional compensation, to reimburse the consumer for the amount paid, to carry out a replacement or repair or otherwise to deal with the goods, if the goods do not correspond to the content of the warranty statement relating to those goods. However, the guarantor guarantees compliance with the manufacturer's specifications as well as proper functioning only in cases where the consumer handles it correctly and complies with the operating instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from the provision of Article 52. Pursuant to Article 10 of the Serbian Law on Consumer Protection, the trader is obliged to refrain from using the term \"warranty\" when concluding a contract for the sale of goods, if on the basis of the contract of sale, the consumer does not acquire more rights than from the legal liability of the seller for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract and other rights in accordance with this Law.
