Delivery<\/h3>\n

Delivery will be made at your address if you have selected the option Courier Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Courier delivery is expected in between 2-10 business days<\/strong> (weekend days are not counted) to all parts of Serbia.<\/p>\n

The delivery time varies and depend on whether the ordered product is currently available or you received a confirmation of your online purchase during the weekend or public holidays. Information about the shipment will be forwarded so that you can track it on the courier service portal.<\/p>\n

COURIER DELIVERY<\/span><\/p>\n

Couriers deliver the parcel to the address in the period from 8 am to 4 pm. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the parcel during this period. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package so that there are no visible damages. If you notice that the shipping box\/package is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.<\/p>\n

If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, you can pick it up and sign the delivery note.<\/p>\n

U slu\u010daju da po\u0161iljka stigne o\u0161te\u0107ena, ili se o\u0161te\u0107enje primeti posle odlazka kurirske slu\u017ebe, molimo vas da pri reklamaciji, i pre potpisivanja bilo kakvog zapisnika o o\u0161te\u0107enju sa kurirom obavezno pro\u010ditate ceo dokument, a posebno deo dokumenta o uzroku nastanka \u0161tete, jer va\u0161 potpis na dokumentu u kojem pi\u0161e da je o\u0161te\u0107enje nastalo va\u0161im rukovanjem ili otvaranjem trajno poni\u0161tava pravo na reklamaciju i povrat novca od strane Pawz.rs i kurirske slu\u017ebe; ukoliko se ne sla\u017eete sa navodima kurira, obavezno u polju za potpis dopi\u0161ite “Ne sla\u017eem se sa opisom” i fotografi\u0161ite paket iz vi\u0161e uglova.<\/span><\/p>\n

The courier tries to deliver each parcel in two attempts. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If they still don't find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for the non-shipment and agree on re-shipment at your expense.<\/p>\n

Delivery fee for orders under 5998<\/b> RSD<\/span> is 450<\/strong> RSD.<\/span><\/p>\n
